FIFTH EXTENSION OF PUBLICATION OF BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
Further to the announcement released by the Company on 27 January 2023 which stated that the
publication of the Business Rescue Plan (“BR Plan”) was scheduled for 17 February 2023, Rebosis
shareholders are advised that creditors have approved a further extension of time within which the joint
business rescue practitioners (“Joint BRPs”) must publish the BR Plan, in accordance with the
provisions of section 150(5)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, to Friday, 3 March 2023.
