CHANGE IN INDIVIDUAL DESIGNATED AUDITOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.75(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of L2D (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that due to the requisite audit partner
rotation at PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. (“PwC”) in accordance with the provisions of the Companies
Act (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, Shiraz Hassim has, with effect from 20 February 2023, been
appointed as the new individual designated auditor for L2D for the financial year ending
31 December 2023, replacing Julanie Basson.
The Audit and Risk Committee expresses its sincere gratitude to Julanie Basson for her contribution
during her tenure.
