Associate: Trocor (Pty) Ltd (registration number:
1981/006086/07) (“Trocor”), a company of which
Mr GR de V Tromp is a director, and which company
is wholly owned by Saffier Trust (registration number:
T93/97), a trust of which Mr GR de V Tromp is a
trustee and a beneficiary, and Mr PJ de W Tromp is
a beneficiary but not a trustee
