RESIGNATION OF BLUE LABEL INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr PL Zim has tendered
his resignation from the board of Blue Label and its subsidiaries he served on with effect from 22 February 2023.
Mr Zim has made an outstanding contribution to Blue Label and the board. The board both respects and appreciates
the commitment and skill which he has consistently invested and demonstrated in the conduct and performance of his
duties to the Blue Label group.
