In accordance with paragraph 6.56 (a), noteholders are advised of the
manifest error and amendment to item 5 of the AHF6A3 Applicable Pricing
Supplement (“APS”) wherein the previous input for the designated class A
ranking was “N/A”. The APS has now been amended to reflect the correct
designated Class A Ranking, which is “Class A1 Notes”.
