CORRECTION OF TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement of results of the Company’s Annual General Meeting
published on SENS on 25 January 2023 (“Results Announcement”) and are advised that the summary of
Ordinary Resolution 2 therein contained a typographical error in that it referred to the re-appointment of the
Company’s independent auditor and designated auditor instead of the appointment of Moore Cape Town Inc
and Pierre Conradie. All other information in the Results Announcement remains unchanged.
