RESTRUCTURING PLAN UPDATE
The board of Stefanutti Stocks hereby provides shareholders with an update on the Restructuring Plan
as reported on 24 November 2022 in the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Results of Stefanutti
Stocks for the 6 months ended 31 August 2022 (the “Announcement”).
At the time of the Announcement, the group was in the process of negotiating with the Lenders to extend
the capital repayments profile and duration of the loan to 29 February 2024.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the group, on 28 February 2023, reached agreement with the
Lenders to extend the capital repayments profile of the loan as well as its duration to 29 February 2024.
