NOTIFICATIONS OF ISSUES OF SECURITIES
DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (‘DRA’ or ‘the Company’) advises shareholders that today it has released an Application for
Quotation of Securities (Appendix 2A) and a Notification regarding Unquoted Securities (Appendix 3G) on the Australian Securities
Exchange.
The Appendix 2A relates to the issue of fully paid ordinary securities following the exercise of zero exercise price options that
were issued to Non-Executive Directors in lieu of cash payment of part of their annual remuneration, with the issue of the options
having been approved by shareholders at DRA’s 2022 annual general meeting.
The Appendix 3G relates to the issue of zero exercise price options (with performance conditions) to senior members of management
as the 2022 grant of options pursuant to DRA’s long term incentive plan.
