UPDATE: DISPOSAL OF FRESHMARK SYSTEMS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 15 December 2022 wherein they
were advised that Sebata had entered into a sale of shares agreement (“Agreement”) with Hellochoice
Proprietary Limited (“the Purchaser”) to dispose of its 55% controlling stake in Freshmark Systems
Proprietary Limited for a purchase consideration of R24 750 000 (“the Disposal”).
Shareholders are hereby advised that the transaction has been terminated as a result of the Purchaser
not meeting its obligations in terms of the suspensive conditions to the Disposal, as detailed in the
Agreement, by 28 February 2023.
