FINALISATION IN RESPECT OF THE CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 22 February 2023 advising shareholders of the
change of name of the Company from "Capital & Counties Properties PLC" to "Shaftesbury Capital PLC".
The Company confirms all conditions to the Merger have been satisfied.
Accordingly, the name change will be implemented in accordance with the following salient dates and times:

Last day to trade in existing shares on the JSE prior to name change to Shaftesbury Monday, 6 March*

Record date on the JSE in respect of the name change Thursday, 9 March

Notes:
1. Provided that the old share certificates have been lodged by 12:00 on Thursday, 9 March 2023. Share certificates
received after 12:00 on Thursday, 9 March 2023 will be posted within five days after receipt. No replacement share
certificates will be issued to shareholders on the UK register and existing share certificate remain valid.
2. Share certificates in the name of Capital & Counties Properties PLC may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
after Friday, 3 March 2023
3. Shares may not be transferred between registers between Thursday, 2 March 2023 and Thursday, 9 March 2023,
both days included.
