Appointment of a Director
In compliance with paragraph 3.59a of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Tammy Woodroffe has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director with effect from 2 March 2023.
Tammy is an Independent Tax Practitioner with a Masters in Taxation and over 20 years of
corporate and international tax experience. Tammy is a qualified Chartered Accountant having
completed her articles with KPMG in Durban. She was part of the KPMG tax team from 1999
until 2005 when she and a colleague started their own tax consultancy business focusing on
corporate and international tax.
The Board would like to welcome Tammy to the Board of Santova and looks forward to her
contribution to the Group.
