In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that the Board of
Airports Company South Africa SOC Ltd has appointed Mr Andile Khumalo
as the non-executive director of the company pursuant to his nomination
by the Public Investment Corporation with effect from 3 March 2023.
In accordance with paragraph 6.39(c) of the JSE Debt Listings
Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Andile
Khumalo has been appointed as a member of the Company’s Audit and
Risk Committee with effect from 3 March 2023.
