CHANGES TO THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
In terms of paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Mr Norman Adami has resigned as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective
immediately. He remains a member of the Board and a member of the Nomination and Investment
Committee.
In addition, shareholders are reminded that as announced on 12 December 2022, Mr Thabo Mosololi
has been appointed as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 1 February 2023.
