CHANGE IN AUDITOR
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Moore Infinity Inc (“Moore”), has been appointed as
Emira’s external auditor, replacing Ernst & Young Inc (“EY”), with effect from 7 March 2023.
The change in external auditor follows a formal review by Emira of its external audit requirements, based
on, inter alia, cost, capacity and fit. Given Emira’s change in financial year end to 31 March, as announced
on SENS on 15 December 2022, several audit firms considered by Emira indicated capacity constraints to
conduct an audit for Emira’s financial year ending 31 March 2023. Moore has accordingly been appointed
on an interim basis for the financial year ending 31 March 2023, with Emira’s formal review of its external
audit requirements to be finalised before the end of the financial year ending 31 March 2024.
