WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 19 October 2022, and to the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 27 February 2023, and are
hereby advised that as Acsion is no longer considering a potential delisting of the Company’s shares from the
securities exchange operated by the JSE Limited, caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing
in the Company’s securities.
