In compliance with section 3.59 and 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that Suzanne
Meyer has resigned as Financial Director to the board of Luxe and Ngubane
& Co (Johannesburg) Incorporated have resigned as Auditors of Luxe, both
with effect from 28 February 2023.
The Company will begin the process of finding suitable replacements.
