CHANGE IN JSE MAIN BOARD SECTOR LISTING
The board of directors of the Company (“Board”) wish to advise Afrimat shareholders that
Afrimat’s sector classification on the JSE Limited has been reclassified from the Basic
Materials Construction and Materials sector to the General Mining sector, as this more
accurately depicts the business operations of Afrimat. The regulator, FTSE Russell,
announced that the classification change will be effective from today, 20 March 2023.
