In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of
Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited hereby informs noteholders of the resignation of Florian
Hohenwarter and Dr Jörg Burzer as Non-Executive Directors of the Board of Directors with effect
from 31 March 2023. These directors have reached the end of their respective terms.
The Board wishes both Florian Hohenwarter and Dr Jörg Burzer all the best in their future
endeavours.
