Further to the announcement released by the Company on 8 March 2023 which stated that the
publication of the Business Rescue Plan (“BR Plan”) was scheduled for 17 March 2023, Rebosis
confirms that the BR Plan has been published on the Company’s website at the following link
https://www.rebosis.co.za/business-rescue/notices/
A meeting of creditors’ is scheduled for 31 March 2023 to obtain approval for the BR Plan and an
announcement regarding the results of the creditors meeting will be released thereafter.
