APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of Go Life would like to inform shareholders that Go Life, in its
ongoing endeavours to strengthen the Board has appointed Mr Jean van Rooyen
(“Jean”) as Financial Director with effect from 16 March 2023.
Jean has been in financial services and auditing with executive management
experience for over 25 years and holds a degree in accounting, including
qualifications in economics and information technology.
He specialises in financial management and systems integration and has executive
management experience regarding local and international finance, Risk
Management, Investments, Financial Trading, Currency, and Taxes.
Jean has been involved with numerous industries and government departments,
managing, auditing, and advising on financial processes i.e., Finance, Transport,
Chemical and Tourism.
Furthermore, he has a wealth of experience in respect of financial auditing with
numerous government and private sector companies such as PRASA, Tender Board,
Treasury, Canon, Reunert and Siemens.
The Board believes that the above appointment will be a positive development for
the Company and put it in good stead to implement its medium term plans.
Go Life International has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a
secondary listing on the ALTx of the JSE.
