NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF 2022 ANNUAL REPORT
Stakeholders are advised that the NEPI Rockcastle's Integrated Annual Report ("2022 Annual Report"), will
be published today, 22 March 2023 on the Company's website. The 2022 Annual Report incorporates the
audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022, on which the auditors expressed an
unmodified audit opinion. The audit opinion includes communication of key audit matters. The audited
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022 contain no changes from the reviewed
preliminary condensed consolidated financial results published on 21 February 2023.
