RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released by Attacq on 13 February 2023 regarding the
proposed acquisition of 30% of Attacq Waterfall Investment Company Proprietary Limited by the Government
Employees Pension Fund, and are advised that the legal agreements referred to therein are still in the process of
being finalised.
Accordingly, the Company is not yet in a position to release a further detailed announcement in this regard, and
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in Attacq shares.
