APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER
In compliance with the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, debt holders are
advised that Aasha Patel, in her capacity as Group Treasurer of Growthpoint Properties
Limited has been appointed as debt officer of the Company with effect from 1 April 2023,
replacing Dirkje Bouma who has resigned effective 31 March 2023.
The Board confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications
and experience of the newly appointed debt officer.
