Further to the previous SENS announcement published on the
29th of March 2023, which confirmed the de-listing of CLN756,
The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, confirms that the
effective date of the de-listing is hereby deleted and
replaced with 03 April 2023.
The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has thus repurchased
the entire issue of CLN756 Senior Unsecured Credit Linked Note
issued under its Structured Note Programme and has requested
the JSE Limited that CLN756 be de-listed effective 03 April
2023.
