COMPLIANCE REPORT AND LATEST B-BBEE CERTIFICATE
The Group is pleased to announce that it has obtained a Level 1 B-BBEE
contributor status following the conclusion of its B-BBEE verification for the 2022
financial year, being a marked improvement on its previous Level 3 B-BBEE
contributor status in the 2021 financial year.
Shareholders are advised that in accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and
Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, the Company’s
2023 annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Empowerment Amendment Act, 46 of 2013, has been submitted to the B-
BBEE Commission and the Company’s latest compliance report and B-BBEE
certificate is available on the Company’s website at:
