In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (as amended), shareholders
are advised that Mr von Zeuner has notified FirstRand that, pursuant to Tongaat Hulett Limited (Tongaat)
having entered voluntary business rescue in October 2022, item 16 of Mr von Zeuner’s schedule 13
declaration has been updated to reflect that he had been a director of Tongaat within the 12 months
preceding the commencement of such voluntary business rescue proceedings, and had resigned from
the Tongaat Board prior to October 2022.
