1. LISTING OF CORESHARES WEALTH NEXT 40 EQUAL WEIGHTED SECURITIES
Grindrod Bank is authorised to announce the listing on the main board of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) of
1 000 CoreShares Wealth Next 40 Equal Weighted securities in the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector,
at an issue price of R10.00 per security, with effect from commencement of business on Tuesday, 25
April 2023. Copies of the CoreShares Wealth Next 40 Equal Weighted Exchange Traded Fund Pricing
Supplement, in English, may be obtained during normal business hours from the office of the local
manager, CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited, located at Grindrod Tower,
4th Floor, 8a Protea Place, Sandton, 2096 and is available on the website: www.coreshares.co.za.
2. APPROVAL
Approval for the listing of the CoreShares Wealth Next 40 Equal Weighted participatory interests was
granted by the JSE on Wednesday, 12 April 2023.
