AMENDMENT TO DIRECTOR’S DECLARATION
In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are advised
that the Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for Louis Von Zeuner has been amended to state
that a company of which he had been a director in the previous 12 months, being Tongaat Hulett Limited, had been placed
into business rescue.
The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE.
