Metair shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the announcement published on SENS on
Thursday, 30 March 2023 wherein Shareholders were advised of the postponement of Metair’s financial
results presentation (“Presentation”) (including the investor and analyst audio webcast) and the
roadshow.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the Presentation will be held at 14h00 (SAST) on Thursday,
20 April 2023 with a live investor and analyst webcast of the in person Presentation which is accessible
