CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CLIENTELE
In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of directors (“Board”) of Clientele is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Herschel Mayers as a Non-Executive Director to the Board
effective 1 May 2023.
Mr Mayers is a qualified Actuary who previously held the positions of Chief
Executive Officer of Discovery Life Limited and Vitality Life Limited and
has over 40 years’ of experience in the life insurance industry.
The Board welcomes Mr Mayers and looks forward to his contribution to the
Group.
