Further announcement - Special Distribution
Shareholders are referred to the declaration of the special distribution announcement published on
SENS on 11 April 2023 and are advised that exchange control approval by the South African Reserve
Bank of the special dividend portion of the special distribution referred to therein has not yet been
obtained.
A finalisation announcement will be published on SENS upon receipt of exchange control approval of
the special dividend portion of the special distribution, which announcement will advise shareholders of
the final dates for the payment of the special distribution.
