CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGES IN DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on
Wednesday, 26 April 2023 under reference number S474574 and entitled “Changes in director
responsibilities” (initial announcement).
Shareholders are advised that the initial announcement contained an error in the disclosure of the name of
the director appointed as an additional independent non-executive director of AFIL. The correct disclosure
is as follows:
In addition, Ms N (Ndumi) Medupe will, pending regulatory approval, serve as an independent non-
executive director of AFIL. The effective date will be on receipt of regulatory approval.
The remainder of the disclosure in the initial announcement is correct.
