CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: INTEREST PAYMENT NOTIFICATION
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 24 April 2023, in relation to the
interest payment notification on the FRC459 notes. The Issuer wishes to notify the FRC459 noteholders
that the coupon rate and the value for the Interest Amount Due contained in the previous announcement
were incorrect. The correct coupon rate and the Interest Amount Due are 11.25% and ZAR 2 681
506.85, respectively.
