Retraction of AFS
Noteholders are referred to the SENS published on 28 April 2023 wherein the issuer
advised of the availability of the 31 December 2022 Annual Financial Statements.
The issuer wishes to retract the AFS to allow the auditors to complete a quality
control and cater for the below:
-Omission of note 11 in the final version
-Profit numbers on the Going concern note referencing the other comprehensive income
amount
-The amounts in note 6 not tying back to the Balance Sheet
The revised AFS will be made available by the end of the week following these
amendments.
