Notification of NQ1A27 and NQ1B20 with Scheduled Maturity Date of 22 May 2023 moving to
Matured Note status
Nqaba wishes to advise noteholders that NQ1A27 and NQ1B20 will move into Matured Note status from
the Scheduled Maturity Date. As per the terms and conditions of the Notes, the applicable rates will be
adjusted from the Scheduled Maturity Date.
Post the Scheduled Maturity Date, the following adjusted applicable margins are indicated in the table
below.

As the issuer is in Early Amortisation, all Class A Notes are being partially redeemed at each interest
