RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Finbond shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 4 and 6 April
2023 and are advised that the discussions relating to potential acquisitions in Southern Africa are still in
progress. If successful, these discussions may have a material effect on the price of the Company's
securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in Finbond securities
