PROJECT ARBITRATION AWARD UPDATE
With respect to the mechanical project termination as noted in the Reviewed Condensed Consolidated Results
for the 12 months ended 28 February 2023 released on 25 May 2023, shareholders are advised that an amount
of R90,85 million has been received and a capital repayment of R50,6 million was made towards the funding
loan.
