Shareholders are advised that MTN will be hosting its 2023 Capital Markets Day starting today, 31 May 2023
(from 12:00 CAT) and 1 June 2023 (from 09:00 CAT). The hybrid event will provide shareholders with an
overview of MTN’s operating environment and update on the progress made on the Group’s Ambition 2025
strategy.
