Shareholders are advised that due to mandatory audit firm rotation, as required by the
Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors, AfroCentric has appointed KPMG Inc (“KPMG”)
as the Company’s external auditors, replacing Pricewaterhouse Coopers (“PwC”), for the
financial year ending 30 June 2024. The appointment of KPMG as external auditor will be put
to shareholders for their approval at the AfroCentric annual general meeting, scheduled to
take place in November 2023. Accordingly, the appointment of PwC will terminate and
KPMG’s appointment as external auditor will be effective from the date of the annual general
meeting.
