DELAY IN RELEASE OF RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 February 2023
Shareholders are advised that the release of Delta’s results for the year
ended 28 February 2023 (“Results”) will not take place by 31 May 2023 due
to a delay in the finalisation of the audit. It is anticipated that the
Results will be released on SENS on or about, Monday, 12 June 2023.
Shareholders are also referred to the announcement released by Delta on 26
May 2023, which contains details of the upcoming Results presentation via
a webcast on Wednesday, 14 June 2023.
