RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the Cautionary Announcements issued on the Stock
Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 15 February 2023, 23 March 2023, and 26 April 2023
respectively and to the Group’s interim results announcement released on SENS on 25 May 2023.
The Company continues to formally engage with third parties in respect of their proposals to acquire
the Group’s interest in Alliance Medical Group. The development of these engagements may have a
material impact on the price of the Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders and noteholders
