CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to advise that Mr Gayasuddin Ahmed
(“Gayasuddin”) has been appointed as Financial Director of the Company with effect from 1
October 2023.
Gayasuddin is a chartered accountant and holds the qualification BCompt (Hons). He has
over 15 years professional experience including serving as the financial manager during his
time with the Company. Prior to joining GPI, Mr. Ahmed’s experience included various roles
across a diverse range of industries.
Mr Jayson October (“Jayson”), a director and the chief financial officer of the Company has
resigned as a director and as the chief financial officer with effect from 30 September 2023.
The Board welcomes Gayasuddin and looks forward to his contribution to the Company and
wishes Jayson well in his future endavours.
