RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of
directors of Motus (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr PJS (Smit) Crouse (“Mr Crouse”) has
given notice of his intention to resign as an independent non-executive director, with effect from 30 June
2023.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Crouse for his valuable contribution on the Board and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
