RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Ms Tebogo Moshakga, the company secretary of Delta, has resigned on 12
June 2023 and will serve her notice period to the end of 31 August 2023.
Delta wishes to thank Ms Moshakga for her service to the Company and wishes her all the best in her new
pursuits.
Delta has commenced a process to recruit a new company secretary and will release a further announcement
in due course.
