APPOINTMENT OF DEBT OFFICER
Noteholders are hereby advised that Ms Lindani Mukhudwani, in her
capacity as the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has
been appointed as Debt Officer with effect from 1 June 2023.
This follows the resignation of Mr Siphamandla Kenneth Mthethwa as
the Chief Financial Officer and Debt Officer of the Company on 31
May 2023.
The board of directors of Airports Company South Africa has
considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications,
and experience of Ms Lindani Mukhudwani.
