POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 16 May 2023
notifying shareholders of the distribution of the Company’s Integrated Annual Report,
incorporating, inter alia, a notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), which meeting
was set to be held at 10:00 on Monday, 19 June 2023.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the AGM has been postponed and will no
longer be held on 19 June 2023 as previously announced.
The Company will distribute a revised Notice of AGM, which will include new salient
dates and times for the AGM, in due course. An announcement in this regard will also
be published on SENS in due course.
