BOARD CHANGE - RETIREMENT OF JOHN McCARTNEY
Datatec Limited, the international Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
Company, announces that John McCartney will retire from the Board at the Annual General
Meeting on 27 July 2023.
John has served as a non-executive director of Datatec for many years; first from 1998 to
2002 and then from 2007 to date when he also chaired the Remuneration Committee until
2018.
Maya Makanjee, Chair of the Board, commented:
“John’s contribution as an independent non-executive director over many years of
service has been of immense benefit to the Board and to Datatec. His extensive
