DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 12 May 2020, in which Vukile's strategic black empowerment investor,
Encha Properties Equity Investments Proprietary Limited ("Encha Properties") announced certain amendments to their loan and
security arrangements with Investec Bank Limited ("Investec").
Encha Properties has advised the company of certain upcoming capital and interest commitments to Investec and as a result of this,
Encha Properties intends to dispose of between 5 500 000 and 6 000 000 Vukile shares. Encha Properties remains a long-term
shareholder of Vukile.
Further to the above, shareholders are advised of the following transactions that have been undertaken by Encha Properties, an associate
of Dr Sedise Moseneke, a non-executive director of Vukile. Following these transactions, Encha Properties has disposed of 2 888 637
Vukile shares out of the intended 5 500 000 to 6 000 000 shares.
