CHANGE IN AUDITOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that due to mandatory audit firm rotation, as required by the Independent Regulatory Board for
Auditors, RAC has appointed Mazars Inc. (“Mazars”) as the Company’s external auditors for the financial
year ending 31 March 2024, with the designated audit partner being Nico Jansen. Mazars replaces Ernst
& Young Inc. as from 1 July 2023.
The appointment of Mazars as external auditor will be put to the ordinary shareholders of RAC for approval
at the upcoming annual general meeting, scheduled to take place on 26 July 2023.
