RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Busi Silwanyana has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company
with immediate effect to enable her to pursue her other business
interests. Miss Silwanyana joined the board and the Audit and Risk
Committee in February 2021.
The Board thanks Miss Silwanyana for her contribution and wishes her
well for the future.
